All sales are final. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure items ordered are correct and suitable prior to the placement of your purchase. We do not accept returns unless the item has arrived damaged or has a defect or is not the correct item ordered.
If it is damaged from shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please take a picture and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the product arriving. If the damage or defect is evident, we will send a replacement right away. We strive to ensure that our customers are 100% happy with their purchases!
If it is not the correct item that was ordered, please take a picture of what arrived and send it to email@example.com within 48 hours of the product arriving. With this proof of the wrong item received, we will gladly send you the correct item as soon as possible. Remaining details will be sorted out via email.
